Adeego Terms of Agreement
By using Adeego, you agree to these conditions for local orders, international shopping, vendor services, delivery, professional services, and payments.
1. Using the service
You must provide accurate contact details and delivery address. You are responsible for reviewing your cart before checkout.
2. International orders
International products are sourced and delivered on your behalf. Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to shipping, customs, or logistics delays.
3. Prices and fees
International orders may include Adeego service fees and shipping fees. Final totals may vary based on weight, shipping method, and currency conversion.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via Zaad or eDahab. You are responsible for authorizing the transaction on your phone. We do not store your PIN.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns/refunds depend on vendor policies and international marketplace rules. Some international items may not be eligible for returns.
6. Prohibited activity
You may not use Adeego for unlawful items or fraud. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
